Yeah, talk about the band. This thread has nothing to do with selling bikes. I'm all done with the argument. I'm not saying a word. I want to hear about music. You think anyone else is reading this crap anymore? I doubt it.

I figured it out.

Mass is a famous musician. We can't blow his cover or the forum will be deluged by fans.

I would $h!t myself right now if this were actually the case.

So what band is it? East Coast, east coast..........damn i don't know my music anymore.

Massachsetts isn't much of a hotbed for music is it?

Boyslikegirls?

That could be Mass.

I'd start guessing but there's not a lot to pick from.

Are you Steven Tyler?

I hope so. It's just good hearted ribbing. I'm LMAO imagining Steven Tyler running to the grocery store in his Jeep with somebody riding his ass the whole way.

All's good Mass. This is too much fun to stay mad!

You're not Frank Black, are you. Damn your one of my all time favs by a long shot.

I was laughing... then I clicked on that Youtube link and have been sad since.

Tell me you're kidding! Arguably the best music school in the world is in Boston.

Sorry fellas, I don't make the rules- other than cracking jokes about it I can't really go into any detail.

Kruz Sayz:Hey Rook, I for one enjoy the heck out of your posts. So do I.

The way I see it you're on a voyage of discovery and taking us along for the ride vicariously...I get a big kick out of it. Hey, I thought I only saw that.

You ask a lot of good questions and try to find the answers, I'll bet there's lots of others lurking around this forum that appreciate your posts as well. Rook is hooked on the whole scene. He's like a kid in a toy store with the choice of bike. Gotta know, gotta know and asks the best of questions.

I see you as a kind of Barnabus, an encourager. That's refreshing when there are so many mean spirited types about. Stay just like you are is my advice. Worst thing you can do is submit and lose the spirit.

I fill your pain matsuke. It's Thursday Thursday Thursday for me. Although it is suppose to be raining and about 40 degrees F outside. I already have some mods to start working on in the garage. I'll start with the Motofab fender delete kit.

I always felt it was an okay looking rear fender compared to other bikes. It matches the design, at least. Much better without and you can do it on the cheap if you pick up a couple corner brackets, some nuts, bolts and washers from the hardware store. There's a guide in How-Toos.

Ahhh, i totally see what you mean now. But, that rear fender is there for a reason right, to not get the dirt spatting up onto ur back?

I haven't done much riding fenderless yet to know what comes flying up. I doubt anything will get past the underside of the tail (mudflap, I usually call it). There could be some rock strikes to the brake light. I plan to try to make a bracket so the lic plate will be positioned back farther and that should help protect the brake light from rocks. It should illuminate the plate at night too but there are LEDs that screw into the bottom holes on lic plate and that should take care of night time requirements.

The back reflectors come off with the fender so to make things perfectly legal, you would need to find a way to hook reflectors on there so they face to the sides. I see some people have stick on reflectors they put on the plate but those only face back. It's probably not legal. It depends on how strict the cops are where you ride, I guess.

Rook, those chicken strips are really hurtin' this thread.

BTW Steven Tyler is my girfriend's parents next door neighbor on the South Shore.
We can have a 10 page thread here with pics of a few of his rides, both bikes and cars.

Anybody else with a rear tire that bad?
