Welcome! Let's get this thing up and running!

(Current site stats are here)
This forum was opened on February 2, 2009 as a possible replacement for the defunct zx14ninja.com. It is NOT operated by the same people, we have no access to the people who were involved with the zx14ninja.com forum, and we have no access to the old content (except what we may be able to get out of Google cache).
This forum was created by a member of the old zx14ninja.com forum. It is NOT a for-profit venture, but rather a labor of love.
If we can get the members of old zx14ninja.com here somehow or other, maybe we can get our community up and running again.
There will be NO problems with this forum going away -- EVER. It is NOT dependent on any commercial entity. It is hosted by Paragon, a website developer in Western Colorado, whose owner (me) has enjoyed a 2007 ZX-14 for almost a year. (Actually, my sons gave it to me last Father's Day.) Paragon is a professional website development and web programming firm, and we host many websites on servers collocated in Denver, Colorado. If you're ever in Grand Junction, Colorado, stop by and say hi.
We've set this up so far to mimic the old forum and added a few new topics, some at the suggestion of new members here. Let us know if there is another topic you would like to see. It's easy to add new topics.
So if anybody has any suggestions, please let them fly.
I think the forums software we are using here is much cleaner that the other ZX-14 forums. I know that I'm frustrated by the bikeland.org forums because it is difficult to tell where quoted text is, where new text is, and where signatures are. It's all sort of run in together, and it takes some effort to sort it all out.
Not to mention that they seem to put a lock on a thread any time they want to, to stop any discussion they don't like. There will be none of that horsepuckey here... Your messages and your membership will not be messed with in any way.
If this site seems like it has some promise, please encourage others you know from zx14ninja.com to join us. It will take some time and effort, but I think we can rebuild what we lost.
Enjoy! -bg
