Dallas Raceway in Crandall is going to open in April and it's 1/4 mile.

Denton is north of Dallas, and Ennnis is south.

you can go back and look ..but i beat you out of the hole ..with my offer 1st slowpoke .. i'm in lagrange texas there is two world class event tracks within 100 miles of my house ..along with 6 smaller tracks .. 2 tracks are having all motorcycle shootouts within a 2 month period .. Hurricane alley racing LOOK IT UP is having a 2 day event in SEALY Texas in May .. perfect for a get together and get your azz crushed .. (i won't just beat you little me gonna beat you by lots in an asian voice )

Hi Lucky, Jafo found me on the Fireblade.org site and gave me the link. Man, I hate to say it but that site seems kinda lame. The '07 Fireblade has been out for almost two years so I figured those guys would have the hot setup by now for my new bike but very little response. I'm hoping to find a "tuners special" like I did with my 14 that includes the pipe, PCIII, mapping and any other modifications with dyno verifiable results. There has got to be a CBR 1000 specialist out there who can fast track me. Anyway good to hear from you, we need to get together with Mark (Firecombs) out in Rowlett and do some riding with spring here.

I dunno about this now. When Rotty talks this much smack he's usually pretty sure of himself. Maybe that turbo setup will put Slow on the trailer 4 good!

unless your racing ..your vote don't count ..its better down here ...we have better air and closer to sealevel and 2 tracks run south to north tailwind .. but the 1 i'm picking runs north to south ..

That thought has crossed my mind but I don't think he does CBRs. From what I hear he's an R1 guy.

According to NHRAs elevation correction #s, that pass of mine would have been an 8.993 a little further down south.

Just ordered another new clutch cause i smoked this one already. Soon as thats in and i get my gearing and pc3 set up i'll make the trip. YEP i just said i'll make the trip.

Id rather go to a non-hometown track. That way we're both faced with a new track to get used to. No 'hometown advantage' as they say.

Looks like Dallas raceway is planning on having a test and tune on April 19th. That'll be perfect for me, as its a sunday and i'll have time to get down there sat. night and settle in.
