Doc said their is some signs of knitting the long and short is come back in three months then if theirs no significant progress then back for more surgery ! they might need to go back in to break the scar tissue to get ROM again, anyhow heres a sick certificate to last till August ! fuck three more months to maybe start again after 1 year & 1 month !

Was lookin at that top pic there..that upper bone with the two screws goin through it....connectin the bottom bone socket together...is that the gap that needs to be "filled"?Where the two breaks are side by side?Kinda pointy lookin deals?It's quite a sizable gap...there's two of em right next to each other...yes?If that's what I'm lookin at....it's gonna take some time to get that to re-fill with bone.TRY to be patient...I know...I don't know shit about what yer goin through...but I'm prayin for a really quick and solid recovery for ya Bro!

Now Bean, now if i could just V that out, prep it up a little run a 2.5mm farracraft 11 root run, grind her out do a hot pass with a 3.25 farra 11 grind her out then a GP cap maybe a stincraft 13, or just run 16 TC for the whole thing , if only you could weld bone mate.

I don't know anything about mending bone...but it sure seems like they could have gotten that upper two pieces more in line with the single femur bone.That's a hell of a gap?Did they stick some bone down in there to kinda bridge that opening?I think I'd be askin..."why are you leaving such a space between the bones there?"That's gonna be a while for that to fill in.Friggin just don't go and bend that sucker sideways!Geez...I feel for ya Bro!Might even be better to just tell em..."look....at this rate...it'll be God Knows HOW long before she's one piece again.How bout doin some surgery and put some bone in those gaps or get those pieces CLOSER to the femur there"...shit man...I WOULD be askin that..honestly...I would.

blue07 from what the doc said it's showing some fluffing in the spots you mentioned,why they didn't snap that large splinter off and bring it closer perplexes me one can only assume it will add as reinforcing the original shape of the femur,the bright white section to the lower left front is where they took a piece out and put new in as a key,they also removed a number of dead pieces of bone,that being said the big bit separated was obviously alive so they left it there to nit!and it will just take along time to rebuild.------------- peter ah ya given yaself away mate and yer not so young to be quoting them perticular type of electrodes LOL HE HE so mate yer a boily or a welder? or like me both if so maybe an ArcAir Gouger before the first celly's to get that deep contamination out LOL

Actualy Edgecrusher MY doc said all that Calcitrate milk etc wont do any thing towards the bone healing quicker, all you can do is take Zinc with calcium in a multi vitamin tab, started yesterday also since I don't really have a balanced diet I started on that V8 juice blah it's not like Burbon forsure so ill force myself into swilling that %$^#$%$#%%# stopped the Burbon at X-mas after nocking off five bottles of bootleg in five days with Goody and the "smoke then too! it's taken me 48+ years to try to behave LOL but never will when back on that sweeeeeeeeeet ZX

Yeah, I'd pull the battery and park it. If we are talking at least a year of heeling, I'd stop the insurance on it, and just non-operation the registration as in, keep it up to date. The same can be said for the insurance is to stop the service. Tell them to hold it and remember ((((call back once that time is up or you lose))) that non-operational time too.

Goody and I had to collect my work gear & tool boxes up from work yesterday, Huddo the Forman was concerned about my gear getting pinched as I will be at least another six months minimum before I might re-turn to work ! as they have taken up work space for the last 11 months so far ! They were locked up in a Steel wardrobe & Bench plus with two large toolboxes on it and he needs to use the Bench Space etc, Hell I've collected $$$$$$$$$$$$ tools over the last 31 years !!! ; Boy O Boy im STUFFED LOL this morning I went the long way to the Delhi for a paper, about 5 kms at least my leg don't hurt like my shoulders and muscles ache ! PHEW ! LOL

Went for a long into the Town of Gawler for my monthly Austalian RoadRider Mag, gee I didn't realise how nice it is just near my home,guess thats cause in five years of busy life and not ever walking around in my area much LOL Done well today 1/2 hour later went out again this time to the local Dehli and back. I'm still catching my breath phew boy o boy my muscles are aching in good way, this is just at the top of a fire track area I mentioned before, only 200 meters away a view thats eluded me till now!

Wasn't allowed to work on my exhaust project Saturday MOF so went down South for a meal, liked the way colour of this bike so here it is!

Walked to the other side of my estate ,longest so far up N down some steep hills,and feel good about it.
