Slips will give you a somewhat smoother power curve (less dips and bumps), fatten the midrange but only a couple extra ponies up top, full system is gonna give you up to 10 - 12 hp increase with good mapping depending on how good your stock exhaust was. Both will save a ton of weight with the full system saving the most. The Akro Evo is full titanium and very light.
If your on a budget and are looking mainly for sound improvements with a smoother power curve I'd go slips. The 14 saw the biggest improvements in low to midrange torque with slipons so that's the route I took, I figured it already had enough topend. Jury is still out on the CBR, I haven't figured out the mission yet but I'm leaning towards the Akro Hex Full Race system.
Have fun!
