Hey Bean How was the Fit on the tire hugger?

The fit on mine was really good mates XJR we had to do some trimming I was most impressed with there feedback, shit all over thouse other pr---ks that gerked me around fer 2 months "are" very very happy mate.

New to site. Saw the picture of your bike. How do you like your center stand? Who is the manufacturer?

G'day mate I really like it cobbar some don't IMO it's great for refueling (get more in) It's great for maintenance, It's great for lubing your chain, It's brilliant for cleaning the rear & It's Heaps safer in unstable ground !!(I've had the Sidestand dig in & a few bikes I've had! have gone over in the past, again it is a genuine "Kawasaki" part !A lot like pit-bull stands but their no good hundreds of kms from home LOL ! It's an OEM from Kawasaki Via USA, it was cheaper by over $100 than buying the same unit from Japan to here Theirs a really good Thread in the "ZX14 HOW TO's" Section on the instal,"Kawasaki Centerstand Kit Instal" by ErikR on the second page!this following part is posted from his post, It's cheaper still to the one I bought from Kneedragers! again if ya not concerned with cutting off .00?? off a second I feel it's a fantastic spend 010ZX14 99994F SKU: 99994-0125

Thanks alot for the info. I plan to order the center stand next pay-day. Just hit the 1000 mile mark looking forward to opening it up. Been many years since I have been on a performance bike loving every second.

Good onya cobbar im sure once you get it installed you will definately like it ! when I bought my new 2010 ZX1400 in March last year my mate replied the only thing he didn't like about it was that it didn't have a Centerstand ! the dealer replied you can buy one from us that is a "Kawasaki aftermarket OEM Centerstand" I replied how much? he said around $360

Agree with you wholeheartedly Bean the centre stand is a must IMO, I asked the same question of the dealer when I was buying mine. Except the dealers here in the west must be greedier than the ones in SA. Retail here was $550, the dealer was going to discount it for me to $500, I ended up shipping one from the States for $190 landed so I could have ordered 2 from the states aand still paid less than 1 here at home and that's including freight.

Bloody hell brenny!$550 !!! ya know mate I want to support my Dealer where I bought it from, at the start when I was a lot more "Green" about my New ZX1400 and trusted since spending the $19k they would as they said Look after me,to cut a long story short I got them down from $1260 to $999 for my twin Leovince Cans,then after joining here and surfing arouind (Net) I found the same units from the USA for under $460 They dont like the forums for this reason mate! but what excuse have they got about "Their Costs" (I appreciate "Overheads) when my Italian Slipons go Via the USA to Here !the same Sales guy sold me a Dri-Rider Jacket Cheap $230?$50 off! After I found the same one(Identical) at a small One man Dealer here for $120 ! How can they "Bitch" on one Hand about Unfare Compertision with the Excuse for Higher wages and "Overheads" when Products are "Shipped from Two international Companies and arrive here not a few $$$$ cheaper but some times as you stated youreself @ 200 + % More!
