I have bought many parts from www.schnitzracing.com and have had excellent customer service and fast accurate shipping. Always on time and never a mix up. Everything I have purchased has been in stock and ready to ship. Even for my wife's little ninja 250, parts were in stock and came fast.

These guys are in my bookmarks in the folder for stuff I intend to buy over the next year. Based on how quickly they answered questions, and how thoroughly, I have a feeling they are as good as 1mile14 says.

Good experience with customer service. Ryan Schnitz was very good about answering tech ??? by email.

Only beef I have is that they will not give free delivery for orders of any value. There is another very well known supplier (Schnitz even carries some of their products) that specializes in ZX-14 stuff and they will ship free if +$300 order. I coulda got everything from the other guys except 1 minor item and had free shipping.
