Came out to the garage today to discover a bolt (with a "7" in the middle) on the ground in the area of the kick stand. The bike is riddled with those bolts but I will be damned if I can spot where it came from. Anyone venture to take a guess where it could have come from? Any common spots that are known to loosen up?

"The bike is riddled with those bolts.." is why you need to shoot a picture.

1. Wherever the bolt dropped, look straight up.
2. Wherever the bolt could roll, look fore and aft.
3. Which side was it most.. to the right, left of the center of the bike.

Start looking. What was the last thing you did to the bike... maybe long ago.

Edit: Add... is the bolt clean, weather dirty, or lots of oil/grease/lube.. might show some pinpoint.

Sump pan bolt.

Mine dropped a bolt from my midpipe clamp right next to my stand.

Bolt is clean with just a touch of black on the back side of it. The black is not dirt or debris and will not scrape off with a fingernail. When I get a minute I will put it on the stand. Last thing I did was install the muzzy M10 approximately one month ago. Bolt was definitely left of Center slightly in front of side stand.

Maybe this bolt played Plinko on the way down because I can't locate a spot for it in any obvious spots.

Pics?You didn't install something new a ways back and forget you lost it(one) in the fairing folds somewhere?Dropped it by accident,just left it in there?
