Hi all, i'm new here so I hope i'm posting in the right place, I just wanted to know which is the better undertail to use yana Shiki or the Hotbodies , thanks for advise in advance

haven't heard anything about the yana but the hotbodies Im hearing some guys are putting on there bikes are good.

Full Muzzy, flies out,K&N, black wind screen, pc3, pm wheels, blue led gauges and lights, scorpip alarm, roaring toyz kickstand and lowering links, tinted turn sigs.

well i ordered a yana, mainly because i read that most of the 14 owners that have fitted them , had real problems and had to trim quiet a lot off, but when it gets here will let you know

well my undertail finally got here, hopefully will get to fit it at the weekend sometime, Dremel to the ready lol. when fitting the number plate LED, will I need to use a resistor too, or do I just wire it straight in to the existing ??

I am considering one. I want to maybe powdercoat my place bracket........and exhaust cans......to match the bike.

I will let you know how it goes, i bought an unpainted one because im getting the swinging arm and caliper colour matched at the moment, so i will just give the painter an extra piece lol. Hopefully their wont be as many problems as people were having with the hotbodies undertail.

still need to know if i need a resistor for the LED plate light.....pleasssssssssssssssssssssssssss

Chances are it already has micro resistors hardwired on the circuit board.

still using the original lamp with a tail tidy, i presume it has to be wired into the original wiring for the plate light, all i got was a single LED bulb with two wires coming off it ,

No resistor
Resistor only required for led indicators so the flasher unit doesn't speed up.

Its a wheelie assist. The universal wont let you go past 40degress and the more you load it the easier it is to get the wheelie going. Roll on at 180kph in 4th gets one started with 20kg load. Forgetting to select traction control gets you some looks on the motorway as you pass someone on the back 2 wheels. Is it a wheelie if you have 2 wheels on the ground?

I bought a black painted undertail from Hotbodies for my 2009. It doesn't fit. It's sitting on my shelf.

had a quick look at mine on Saturday, what a flimsy thing they are, and it fits crap, defo needs holes relocation and dremel work, How the hell can they sell these things when the fit is nowhere near ?? Good job i bought the unpainted one lol
