i have an 06 zx14 turbo with stock injectors(330's I'm told)
i hear the 08's and 09's have a larger 440 cc version
can anyone confirm or put this to sleep
i hate to buy a set only to find out they are the same!

Got this off another site, so not sure if it's true. Question is will larger injectors fit the rail?

"the 06-07 zx14's and 06-07 zx10r's have 330's as well but they are 12 HOLE!"
"the 08+ zx14 and zx10 have 440cc injectors and are 12 hole as well..."

Before your criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you do criticize them, you're a mile away and have their shoes.

ok my bad --i should have given more info--here is the train of thought
my a/f is fine(11.5 on top 13.0 at the bottom)--turbo norms-- the dyno gods did a wonderful job on her
so much so that when the pc5/autotune engages i only get trims of +-0's and 1's in a few spots

the malady--if you want to call it that is this particular setup has a base fuel pressure of 46psi(normal) which then ramps to 106 psi(to high)@ 18 pound of boost.

my hopes are such that by running a larger(440cc)injector set i could then back off the
fuel pressure and the high duty cycle
of the 330's

if one of the 330's lock at high pressure/duty cycle--she will lose presssure to the rail,
lean out the rest of the set,and probably hole a piston(p.i.t.a.!)

a set of 09 injectors-- if they flow more would be the cats meow-- but if they are the same as the 06's
then it money out the window

WOW.without sounding stupid would this be like going up on mains on a carb bike?Any how didnt Kaw increase the nozzle size and exhaust porting on the 08's,they also added a cat, unless you have a flow bench cant see any advantage on a stock 06/07 mtr.
