Break-in

Well,I've been able to get out a bit and ride....I'm really amazed with this motorcycle.Every time I go...it makes me feel so good about having it.I'm very happy with the new bike...still taking it easy with her....keeping it right around the recommended rpm ranges. She just feels so solid....so smooth.I think it's going to be a fine year for riding.....these bikes are the top of the line out there...I love this thing;)

Minimal miles so far...110 or so...hoping to get a bunch more in the next several weeks....if the weather co-operates.Amazing machine....just amazing.Lower speed riding, lower RPMs....this bike has such a cool performance....from zero on up....handling....very quick and sharp.Suspension....virtually perfect for my weight.I'm so glad I didn't decide to stop riding. Not with this bike...no way.I realized just how much I enjoyed my first 14R....and I'd have to say...for whatever reason...this one runs and rides even better than the first bird.So cool;)

35 Degrees out today....got a 100 miler in...nothing koo koo...just 'trying' to follow the recommended RPM's....geez....I have to say...it's probably good to kinda be easy with this motor...until the final approach comes into sight;)She's runnin really good.Gobs of torque and power...even at the 'slower' speeds....very cool.Gotta say...it's VERY difficult to not just get on it and roll....very.My yellow engine lamp...solved...it was battery voltage at startup. She's doing fine now.I'm happy....you all stay safe and sound;)

yur a hardy rider there, Grn! I haven't even thought about taking my bikes out yet. Heck, I just put the insurance into suspension a couple weeks back. I was hoping for a warm winter and maybe I'd ride but after mid December, it was freezing cold business as usual. Give me another month or two. The 14 is going to be sporting some new accoutrements!

(shwewF! ..that's a hard one to spell!)

I just have a LOT of work to do still. Guess deep down, I am not too eager to start riding this year because I want to finish all the little mods on the 14. So...yeah 2 months. Otherwise, i guess I'd say 4 weeks.
