Had to post this story here to becouse it was insane breaking the law in front a cop becouse he asked me to!

Was riding to work yesterday stopped at a light a cop pulled up next to me and as we were sitting there talking about the 14 he told me to show him what she’s got. excited I asked him you won’t give me a ticket right? He said no ticket just don’t go past 100mph.the light turned green and he punched it and took me on the launch 1 second later I was passing him at warp speed hit third gear pulled in the clutch and looked in my mirror to see how far he was but he was still coming and fast. When we stopped at the next light he was true to his word no ticket. just a dam that thing fast. P.S. I work in the middle of the night so there was no traffic. Not all cops are out to get you there is 1% out there that know we just want to have fun on these monsters. And cops don’t call them doughnuts they call them energy rings!

I just can't believe he was anywhere close to you in a Crown Vic. I raced an EVO 10 and literally left him.

He did not ask me to race and i did not think he would punch it when the light turned green why waste clutch if you dont have to you know.

I mentioned in another post that on the way to the mountains (and twisties) I got out a divided county highway with a dozen stoplights. Often a couple of the guys and girls in the local sportbike club pull up at the light, and blip their throttles and fidget.

I look over at them, and give them a low sportbike greeting, and they look at my ZX14 and quit fidgeting so they can hear it (the ones that don't know me or haven't stopped by my garage when I'm working on it) and they they just quit fidgeting altogether.

Yes, they can run away from me in the mountains, but its over a mile to the mountains, and I'd get there 20 seconds before they would.

But when the light changes, I let them roar off. I've got nothing to prove. And I could care less, as long as they stay safe and don't kill themselves.

Safety message, just yesterday, a rider and passenger back-ended a car that had pulled out of an alley suddenly and fast, without looking. The rider died on the scene. The passenger might die. The police haven't charged anyone, because they aren't sure who is at fault yet.

You can get killed on a ZX14 just for sneezing. Always remember it.

I agree 1000% these things are fast as hell I know I ride every day rain or shine its my daily transportation and yea I gota open her up every once in a while plus that adrenalin rush is to die for (knock on wood)
