Does the vibration of the bike back out the screws so this will have to be part of my maintenance checks when working on the bike?

The bottom ones need to be checked quite often. Blue loctite Helps in the bottom.

The little bolts that hold the fairing together were not very tight

Do not over tighten. Nut wells can be damaged causing the nut to spin inside the rubber.

Is there a faster way to get to the radiator cap, than taking all the fairings off the side of the bike?
