In this day and age it's getting harder and harder to find straight up people/businesses that will do you right, uphold their word and put you first. I had Bill convert a zx12 cct for me and did an amazing job. He guaranteed that the tensioner would be here by a certain time and ended up getting extremely busy as this is the race season for them, and got behind. So Bill took it upon himself to lose almost all the profit from the job and overnight the cct to me to assure that it would arrive by the day he guaranteed. He also requested that I call him for assistance installing the tensioner. He wanted to walk me through every step of the process. The cct did exactly what he said it would. Bike is quiet as a church mouse and sounds awesome. He also asked me to call him the following day after a cold startup just to make sure everything was doing great, and it was. I am extremely impressed with his friendliness and professionalism. I will without a doubt look to him for anything I may need in the future. Thanks again, Chris
