Hey - SLOW , I`m just wondering , and I just think you could give a little insight . What would my 07 run in the eighth & the quarter with a good rider ( not me ) . It`s got an MUZZY M 10 system , Power Commander 3 , Flies-Out , & a lowering link . No bars & a stock tire ( 1900 easy miles ) . Is a 9.60 possible ? . I should have it out and all back together this weekend . The bikes not been even started yet with the above mods . This should be fuel for thought with somebody . Thanks . Underdog427

slow ..its all good on this end ..i was just trying to help find your freinds some money races.. the guys i race with we hunt ET jackpots races ... and stay away from the heads-up crew scene BS stuff ...

dog "with a good rider" skinny rider any thing possible 9.60 sure on stock wheel base i assume ...lengthen it and find 9.0's = 9.10's several around here run that and 1 still foot shifting it ..

Bad Z , Thanks for the input . Mine is strictly a street bike with a few of the common mods . It seemed pretty fast before I started adding some aftermarket stuff . I`ve got limited right wrist movement because of a bike wreck in West Virginia back in 07 , ( there`s a post in the crash stories blog , if youre interested ) , so the ZX gets all my respect when I`m riding it . i don't do test and tune travel ..i only go to tracks that are having a purse event .. so unless me and slow hook up at a money event ...i will not play.. cost to much to travel for just bragging rights ..

I'd like to make one of them big purse races. I found a new niche in ET racing. Its much easier to sandbag 1 or 2 tenths then it is a whole half second!

Those are the car classes.

There are only 2 m/c classes. Unlimited class, and clash of the street bikes. 68" max w/b and DOT tire everything else goes. Heads up racing.

car classes sound better than the bike classes ... i know a couple peep's with 7.0's bikes with street tires so whats the point in running those kind of heads-up shoot-out venue's ...when the winner been decided before the race even started ...

Shoot-outs class has died around here ...everybody always saying WE NEED THAT CLASS BACK .. But then nobody shows up to race after the faster bikes win the races ..

INDEX RACING AND ET RACING is the ticket my friend .. oh and i run with cars i don't care ...
