In case anyone wants to bash on it, here it is!

This is before the corbin seat, throttlemeister cruise, sport-touring windscreen, etc. I like long rides.

For the record I have taken a 14 for a brief spin. I found out in just a few short minutes how little self control I have. Is it legal to pass a semi on a nice Colorado twisty and only be in the oncoming lane for a couple seconds? So I should probably stick with this little one for now...

Guys, meet my son, Jason. He is our lead programmer. He and his brother John (who you may also see around here) gave me my ZX-14 as a Father's Day gift last year (!). It's a beautiful blue 07, and had about 350 miles on it when I got it. Still not a scratch on it (knock wood).

John has an FJR-1300, which was the bike I wanted until I started reading about the 14.

It's these two that I ride with, as often as possible when the weather allows. Colorado is a GREAT place to ride. Twisty mountain roads, little or no traffic.

We've had some incredible times already. Sometimes the wife and daughter come along in the car for weekend trips. Whatta blast! -bg

OK Jason, I'll start. Od course you know C.B.R. stands for "Can't Begin to Ride", LOL!! Just kidding. My son-in-law had a yellow CBR 600. Nice bikes!!!

Haha! And I was even a beginner when I bought it! I had to have my brother test drive it and ride it to a parking lot a couple times for me to practice on. I was mostly nervous about the seemingly high number of bad drivers per capita around here, and wanted to get a good feel for my shiny new (to me) sport bike before hitting their roads...

Nice to have sons that ride with you BG. I am yet to see if my 16-1/2 will ever get interest to ride. I have taken him for many rides with all my bikes since he reached footpegs (legal to be tandem). Now he tells me that he is just too big (yep, 6 ft., 175 lb) to go with me. On his own, he has not taken even the Vino for a spin. Will just have to wait an see.

Don't I know it! Not only do they ride with me, but they bought and paid for my 14, and gave it to me as a gift! I am greatly blessed... -bg
