Ok here's the story

So I decided to do chop the oil pan on my 14 since I had it lowered and I removed the flies. The crazy thing is I fill the oil pan back up like it was stock and didnt think nothing of it, so of course Im on a major freeway when my baby starts smoking like hell. Too much oil! DAMN! I hit the kill switch to the engin and pull over into a gas station, I killed the battery trying to start her back up. No go...

I had her towed home, and I drained the oil...changed and cleaned the spark plugs...and exhaust, new battery and she wont start,

Starter just makes a loud "Clunk" noise...

What do i do

You need to make sure the engine turns.

How do I do that, beginner mechanic here

To turn the engine:
I'm sure there are other ways, but what I would do is pull the plugs, put it in gear and turn the tire or roll the bike.

Could be a lot of things......
What you describe, sounds like the engine is locked up.
Was the engine cranking over with the old battery?
Why did you need a new battery, could have charged it?
Were you riding long before the bike started smoking?
Did you check the air intake to make sure oil didn't go in there from blow by?
Did the engine overheat, burning antifreeze or was it burning oil?

OK, I pulled the plugs and turned the engine just a bit and out shot the oil...

Yes, the engine was locked up.
I killed the battery trying to start the locked up engine.
I didnt check the air intake yet,
It was burning oil...

Now, I got the bike started...the bike is still pouring out smoke. I ran it for over an hour trying to clear out the smoke . After all of my efforts I shut it off and tried to start it again, it started and then...a loud pop! So the engine is locked up again!...how am I still locking up the engine? I know i didn't over fill it with oil this time!

Was there ever any resolution on this? I have the same problem. Thanks in advance!
