just simply amazed by superbikesupply.com ordered the Shoria 18v battery and had it at my door in 2 days also easy to communicate with now if the weather ever gets under 100 degrees ill be able to get out in the garage and install it lol man is this thing light

ok so my shorai crapped out on me. I called super bike supply and the guy i needed to talk to was on another line left my # then I called Shorai they told me they were having issues with a batch of batteries and that they'd get me a replacement out on the 26th cause they were out of stock. A few min later super bike supply called me he explained about the battery and had been on the phone with the sales manager from shorai and explained how usually warranty goes through shorai but i bought the battery from him that since he has the good batch of batteries in stock he is going to overnight 1 to me. Now to me this is great customer service.
