I've had the 14 apart a few times but never really took notice where the battery was. Not that I don't really know where it is, I just don't remember what I need to take off to get to it. It seems a little week and I'm gonna give it a few days on the charger and see what happens. It's the original '07 battery and I'm guessing it might be past it's prime. On a side note I haven't been on for a while and I hope you're all doing well.

It's on the right side middle between the seat / tank.

If you go to the performance improvement section, you can see the battery Removed from my bike. I hope this helps

There's just one fastener holding the cover on. There is also one or two projections that pull out of rubber grommets when you remove the battery cover.
