Today makes a year since my accident it's good to be back at 100% and back on my bike.

I'm happy fer gravedigger now that ya back to 100% mate Bet ya neighbors wont cellibrate with ya LOL in fact I bet there "Dead Boring" LOL So happens today is my first real physio appointment in six hours !
