aaahhh!! Has anyone actually done a Kosman 240? I am 99% done and ready to ride except that with the 1/4" offset sprockets my chain ticks the frame?

It seems like 1/4" is actually too much of an offset. I thought about buying a new chain and going one link longer but that would put me at the very back of the adjustment area.

Just wondering if anyone else has done one of these? Ill post pics if I ever get it working...
