Run good fuel, remove the screen from the air filter and if its in the budget run a rpm controlled window switch.
Set the off nos setting at 10.800 rpm so as not to spray thru the limiter [ on stock springs BOOM !! ] The 14's have a soft fuel cut limiter that will start to lean the motor out before the hard cut at just above 11000 rpm's.
This is no good on spray so stay off the limiter at all cost's. I ll look to see if i have a map but i need to know your mods- etc, ....

I have a couple good maps for that set up'' I will send it to your email !
It may get contaminated if i post it here . let me have your email and ill send them to you.
If i could make a suggestion it would be to back those jets down to 20-22's even with the arm.
The reason is to make that hit a little softer on the motor until you get the a/f dialed in..
I will send you a map a little on the rich side so use this one first and tune from there.
THE map will be for the 26's but i think you'll find the slightly smaller jets a little more motor friendly LOL

Billeason,my email is claytoncpotter@shaw.ca.I've had #26 jets in my zx12 for a number of years, same system on the 14,
Home made deal. simple. It made 206HP on a bone stock motor, stock exhaust, stock clucth, air shifter, 63" w/b. It went
9.5s 150mph mid to high 1.5 60ft.poor I know.This is at 4500ft or worse.Trans finally failed after 3yrs. of punishment.
It now has an Orient Motor which makes 185hp. Runs 9.2s 148+ 1.47.60s @64"( No Juice ) Its a lot of fun! It Has a wet System on it,20 ,22 jets, sprayed it once big wheelee popped and farted most of the way down. shut it off about 900to1000ft
ran 9.4 157 mph.Never tried it again.

Kool '' I wasn't aware you had that much time with nos ! I didn't mean to preach on the jets,i just hate to see someone get in to deep with nos the first time out and like i said i didn't know you had been working with it..
That set up on the 12 is a good mild tune that ran damn good for no more then you had done. Bet it fooled a bunch of people LOL!
I'LL send those maps out tomorrow...............

combo.got #14 jets in it, c16.left the timing at zero.Won't run the bottle until I get put out cause Im in the points run at a local track.5th place, 2 day points meet, have to win both days to get 2nd or 3rd.I'll let ya know what happened on sunday night or monday.Thanks.

Some numbers from the weekend; 1.501 60ft., 6.118 @ 119.59 1/8th, 9.397 @ 149.96 1/4. Thought the 60's should've been better but thats all there was.82 degrees,45 percent humidity,bad ass side wind but a touch from behind.mph was good.
put 20% fuel into it across the board from 6000 to 10500 to try the squeeze; 1.593 60ft., 6.131 @ 121.79 1/8th,
9.358 @ 151.88 1/4. Bad 60, hit the button just after the 60 marker, not much there with #14 jets.Might try #20's this friday here in town at the track, weather supposed to be good. Air is usaully around the 5000ft. marker here in Calgary, Just like Denver.
Mile high club..LOL Good luck to you ! P.S. I recieved that map, Thank you !
