So I drove from Dallas to Chattanooga yesterday (820 miles). Had another 140 or so to go today to meet some buddies at a house we rented in Clayton, Georgia. My radiator fan died a horrible death yesterday afternoon.

If anyone happens to have a fan assembly available and could ship Monday via UPS Red or FedEx, please let me know. I'd be happy to buy it from you. There's a BuyItNow on eBay for $50, but I don't know if the seller can ship overnight.

On the up side, the bike does a great job of keeping itself cool without the fan. I'd switched to some of the SuperCool stuff or whatever it;s called right before I left. I'm glad I did. Unless I get stuck in really bad traffic, the bike does just fine, never getting to the top segment on the heat display.

I can sell you my stock fan from 08 ZX 14 since I just put Muzzy fan into mine - that's all you need right? Not sure what you mean by "fan assembly".

I need the fan and the fan motor. The motor actually still works, but it's only a matter of time before it goes too. I turns roughly and makes a weird noise. I might as well replace it all at once, if possible.

Just an update. I found one on eBay for $50. The seller was willing to ship to my vacation address via UPS Red, so I should have it tomorrow. I've been riding her naked, but I was a bit worried about the 1,000 mile trip back to Dallas with the fairings on without the fan (though I think she'd do fine as long as I didn't get stuck in traffic.)

The eBay seller was "sportbikeparts2u". I've purchased several things from them now, and always get great service.
