Ya....it is.And ya...they are(R).Gonna leave my post name just as it is....I mean...I started out with a Black zx14.Crashed...went to Blue....now..gonna be Green.I'm the same...may as well stay how it is.Get yer front deal worked on yet?Scarey to me.I think for me I'd let my mech do something like that.I could most likely do the actual replacements and stuff...but having my bike airborne...nah....couldn't happen here.

Like I said,I jacked mine up with a floor jack once.No way...one push or something the wrong way...she'd have been toast.Hell...she fell over(off) the rear stand one time when I was lowering her from the front pin stand.Geez.Course,THAT could have been avoided if I'd made sure there wasn't anything behind the rear stand wheels...one anyway.Cocked her 'just enough' to lose her.Too quick to catch er.I was at the front lowering the front stand(sitting in front of the bike holding the stand wheels there with my feet),no way could I move that quick!Didn't even see it comin.Boom....lucky I got that front stand out in time.Could have been REALLY nasty. If that pin had somehow stuck in there...no tellin what would have gotten broken. Was able to yank that stand out from the frontend before it got wedged in there...lucky on that one!).It turned out okay...if dumping your precious can ever be 'okay'.Not.But...there was no damage.Pretty good drop too.Straight over on er side.Sheesh.

IF I was gonna go all out mechanicking,I get a ramp and one of those pneumatic lifts. You know...something actually designed to do that lifting and holding deal.

I don't plan on doing anything really on my new bird...throttlemiester,1/5th throttle mod,AMERICAN FLAGS on her flanks.MAYBE some gearing changes down the road...but the rest...nah.(okay,maybe a speedohealer as well...that's kind of a must anyway....for the odometer read).
