On Saturday, we did a 6+ hour ride that went places where we got pictures like in the album link, above. The fall folliage is already looking awesome!

I didn't have any chicken strips left on the front or rear tire anyway, but after the ride (we hardly ever rode less than +20 mph over except in the hairpins marked "15 mph") I find I have actually abraided the sidewall edge in a few places and beveled the ends of my pegs.

I had a hard time keeping up sometimes, because I've lowered my Connie, but I don't mind, I love being able to flat foot on stops again.
