EXTRA nice because he is working on a 14. I also found D Moss' suspension tune very valuabl where he was working on a blue literbike (R1 I think).
If you must do the sag measurements without a partner to measur for you, a felt tip foine point pen can be stuck in the rear axle to mark a line on a piece of cardboard taped to the undertail. You measure the amount of travel and subtract that from the unloaded weight which is easy to measure since unloaded, you are not on the bike.
The front sag measurement is easier to take. You just stick a zip tyie on the fork so it will get push up when you mount the bike.
Not quite as good as having a buddy with a keen eye to measure for you but very accurate if you do it several times and take a lot of care to not bounce the suspension when mounting.
