I have come across a store on ebay that has some smokin' deals on A* stuff right now and I thought I would pass along the info.

Last year American Yamaha decided to strike a deal with A* to create certain products with color combos that only Yamaha dealers could sell i.e. products with Yamaha blue on it. These did not have Yama logos all over them or anything, just certain colors would be exclusive to them. Well, this idea flopped, they didn't sell their stock and these guys bought up a tone of stock and in doing so does not have to abide by the A* dealer agreements and sell the stuff at pretty well half price!

In any case, I just grabbed a pair of A* GP Plus gloves for $95! SP1's are $75, SMX-5 Boots are $150, etc.

Bought a boatload of stuff from these guys tonight.

The chest protector I boiught was more of an outer protector. Had an air scoop on the bac. That and the shoulder armor would not fit too well under leathers. Can't return but it's so cheap, not to big a deal.

So I got the smaller chest armor and a bunch of base layer garments. They cut me off, damn them! No more than 10 purchases in ten days-- WTF, do they want to sell their stuff or just make us drool?

...so I hope they will graciously allow me to pay them for those winter tecjh pants that I got to go with the winter tech shirt. ....or else I will be waiting a few days to order again. I really don't get what the limit is. Afraid of selling too much stuff makes no sense to me at all. but it's all such great deals----I can't complain. It is fun to bitch about stuff though!

(S)he told me I could come back tonight to finish my order so I will be off to pick up those winter pants soon. I'm sure they are not a lot different than a pair of heavy lycra exercise pants but at these prices, they are no more expensive either. Gonna grab a pair of $64 tennies too-- look like some nice lightweight running shoes.

and BTW, they did refund $63 in shipping charges by combining shipping for me. I just asked that they do that in a message I sent to them through eBay. Awesome!

...it is a great store but DO check around. Some of the prices are just ordibnary prices--like that A*** one piece suit they have. Everyone is selling that for that same price. You go to revzilla and they can get it for you in blue/black/white or black/white and same price + a large choice of sizes.
