Does anyone have access to Fuel Moto maps? You have to buy a pipe from them to get a map it looks like.

I have one on my PC5. The box was labeled "09 Kawasaki ZX-14R." I asked for an '08 stock pipes with flies out map and it seems to have worked very well for that. I don't suppose that will help you with your bike and your set up but let me know if you think I can lend a hand.

Cool, see what you can do rook, I'd appreciate that. If you've purchaased from them I think you have access to their map data base. 2007 CBR 1000RR with Yoshimura RS-5 full exhaust system, intake flapper mod and of course a PCIII. I'll shoot you my e-mail address.
thanks,

Remember when DJ said the maps are so close between each other? That map was milked on the day it was made. You show up with that map at some closed course... Slow is going to turn his PC off and whooopee on that map.

Kruz you got a full system right? why use a generic map now? You already bought the farm so why not spend a few more bucks getting a custom tune?
If I can find someone I trust that's the route I'll go. Had some bad luck with so called "tuners" in the past. Found out there is a big difference between a "tuner" and a dyno "operator". Whoever I use will have to have top notch credentials.

Watt I would try are dual pigs. One is shooting a layer for the day. The other fine tunes it. I'd have to run two pigs, then go back and forth till the buzz is just taking a guess.
It's like setting a shock. You either set the turns in the middle and go in either direction from there is just one way; how can you not miss is... sans a dyno in the garage.
The guy with the dyno has as much a chance at a good keystroke plotting a map; as much as you, without instruction from DJ. Hit and miss is your instructor.
I don't think a map has any validity if it was tuned for that day like I said. How valuable were Slow's maps until he 'clicked off' the right map >>> I can't stop laughing, so I keep using Slow'zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz example.
Wooooozzzz Year Peak Performance? Who? Who!?!?! Let the dogsout... >>> ? ~ ?!

Yep Kruzster I heard the same thing. But I also heard they did their own maps as well? Still wouldn't hurt to try a couple out just to see...if they're dyno-jet maps they'll just show the dyno-jet numbers in the map notes....Fuel-Moto's own maps should say as much in the map notes. Rook could prolly tell us

Its a long drive but the guy that did my tune is in Tulsa Ok. I can give you his info if you want. Relatively inexpensive, got 9 hp out of my tune.

I don't even know what map notes are. Was I supposed to get some kind of table showing fuel trims or something? All I got was a PC5 and install directions along with a USB cord and some velcro.

I don't even know what map notes are.
Rook, when you go into the PC USB software and select a map upload for display, the notes will appear at the bottom of the page to tell you what modifications the map is designed to go with.
Example:
2006 ZX-14
Yoshimura TRC Full Exhaust
Secondary Throttles Removed
K&N Air Filter
