How'd you make out on the track ? I'm continplating going to toneys in NH red group. I heard thunderbolts more technical.
Not sure if you are asking me or "Somefun". I've never been to Thunderbolt. Keith Code and his California Superbike School has a class scheduled there untll Wednesday May 23. Team Promotion has another class and Track Days scheduled for this upcoming weekend (May 26-28). Have you checked Team Promotion website?

KoflaOlivieri thanks for the info i don't know how to quote your post. I didn't realize there were schools outside of the normal track days that were offered by the tracks themselves
Inkman, I am learning how to use this forum myself, in fact I recently learned how to quote and post youtube links. If you look at the top of the comment box, on the right hand side (third from the right side) you should be able to see the (quote) feature.
RoadRacing World magazine has a special issue called (2012 TRACKDAY DIRECTORY). You will find all the Track Days, racing organizations and schools around the country listed there.

I had a great time with Tony's Track Days for sure. NH track was kind of beat up. I really want to head to NJ. I was going to go a month ago but it was too cold and figured I'd save it till it warms up....

Well its looking like I'm gonna try Sept 23 and 24 with Pro Motion. Has anyone ran with them before? Its the only dates that will work for me at the Thunderbolt.

Somefun, I ride with team promotion have been all year at a couple of local tracks near me well 1,1/2-3 hrs away. Great Org to ride with have done NCBike, and on the 17th will be doing VIR north course!! Can't Wait! Glen Goldman the owner of TPM usually attends most events since NJMP is there home track he should be there. First time track riders have to take a class where the coaches show you the line and teach you the best way around the course. Usually ends at noon and your free to tear it up the rest of the day. All the coaches are very approachable and helpful. Can't comment on how it is compared to other Org's. Check out the website and I believe they have an FB page. I'll PM you my # if you have any other questions.

Silver thanks!! I'm looking forward to getting out and ripping it up for sure. I need to get back on a track so I can let that girl stretch her legs.... Just can't run her like I want to on the streets.

Enjoy!!! Bill Sink teaches the intro (white Group)level 1 class. He was a retired racer now he is going to be running in the AMA XR1200. Bill usually rides a ninja 650 during the track sessions for the white group. Never thought a 650 could run like that he blew by me in a curve and disappeared!! A lot of talent with the coaches most are active or retired racers.

Well it's finally here I'm heading to the Thunderbolt tomorrow September 34 and 34th.....Can't wait my buddy and I are going for the two days....Can't wait to be able to ride her like I want to. I was going to head there in April but it was still way to cold. Both days look real good 70 and sunny! I'm going to trailer her for the first time normally I ride her but I just bought one of the Pit Bull trailer set ups so I/, looking forward to seeing how that works. Is anyone going down there this weekend?
