Hey guys, having some issues here. My 2014 ZX14R has been stuttering and trying to stall off the line lately. It's not every time, there doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason to it
Usually when I'm halfway off the clutch taking off normally, it's almost as though the computer is resetting very briefly. If I catch it in time and grab the clutch and rev it, I can stay running. Half the time I'm not so quick, and it will stall. When this happens, it starts right back up as I'm rolling through an intersection like an idiot, and away I go
It's happened several times every day for the last week, and maybe once or twice in second gear when slowly cruising at low RPM

You have a code or the yellow light stays on. Take off the K-skid other yellow light next to the set code light comes on. I'd first check, 'what was the last thing I did to the bike' is one. The other is to check what code number is set. See, the k-skid light comes on with the stumble, then goes off. So that means there is no downed k-skid component in the loop that is faulty.

So hold down the SEL or select button for more than 2 seconds and a code may popup on the screen. Read the number and report back. See if there is any metal debris at the magnetic pickup of the tone wheel discs at the center of the wheel rims.
