G-day all!
Well the last ride for Autumn was a ripper, and a fairly large turn up for this time of year. A big thanks to everyone who came out on a Sunday to join us for another great ROT ride. All up at one stage we had nearly 60 bikes on this ride.
The day started with a beautiful morning in Richmond, sunny and all most warm. We then headed for our first stop at Orford for coffee and a stretch. It was then on for a good meal at the Bark Mill Tavern in Swansea.
From there it was across the Lake Leake Road to Campbell Town. From there it was back down the Midlands for a fuel stop at Oatlands then back to Richmond for an after ride drink.
I would also like to say hi to all the new riders who came along and sorry if I didn't get a chance to welcome you. I will next time.
The bravery award has to go to Phil for riding his very small bike the whole way, even though he lost speed up hill, well done Phil!
It was good to see no one got pinged buy the Copper on the Southern side of Swansea.
Also thanks to Gerry & Elaine for coming down from Scamander to meet up with us.
