Not an owner, but I did get to test ride these two Aprilias @ Daytona a few weeks ago. IMHO, the Aprilia demo program was a class-act. $20 bought you a 1.5 hour test ride with snacks, t-shirt, cap etc…

ive always wondered what they are like to ride, particularly compared to ducati? have you ridden a duke?
id love the tuono as a commuter but im not sure id buy one if actually had to!

My Futura was the best bike I have ever owned. I hope some day they will build another one.

The one I really miss is my 04 RS50 I had...

After having to put the battery tender on it for second time in 2 months, I rode my RC51 in to have the battery checked. While it was being replaced, I took an 05 and 07 Tuono out for quick test rides. I love v-twins and though I didn't ride them for very long, I really liked both bikes.

Rumor has it that they are working on a 1200cc v-twin based on the engine used in the Shiver. Suppose to used in several types of bikes in the future. I could see an Aprilia in my future. The two issues for me are cost and dealer network/service & support.
