I removed the secondary flies from my 2008 ZX14. Now when I turn the key to the on position I get three or four clicking noises that seems to be coming from the servos from the secondary butterfly shaft. I haven't run the bike yet or re-mapped it. Anybody have any ideas as to whether this is a problem and if so, how to correct it?

Start your bike up.Let it run....if there's a problem...the LCD will code....Sounds like the shaft got moved while removing the secondaries...probably just needs to cycle through an ECU reset....then all will be fine....
