09 zx14 not cranking

i have a 2009 zx14 that I bought wrecked and rebuilt myself, there was nothing hurt on the motor just frontend damage. the battery was bad in the bike so I jump started it and it started right up, since then I have put a new battery in it and had the ecu flashed now when I turn the key on I have power to everything and I here a clicking noise but when I hit the start button it does nothing anyone know what this could be?

Possibly you fried something when you jumped it. Check the starter relay.

The click you hear is the starter relay.But that doesn't mean it is actually closing the contacts. They could be burned from the jump. If you can access it, bridge the terminals of the starter relay with a screwdriver. if it cranks, the relay is bad. If it doesn't, either the starter itself is bad or you have bad wiring somewhere.
