Starting my baby up to hear the new sound. One of
The cans had a slight different sound and after
Shutting the bike off. The can with the weird sound
Began to smoke. Any thoughts?

I wouldn't worry about a little smoke. If it doesn't burn off soon, like in a minute, that seems weird.

When I installed my ceramic coated full system, the headers smoked to. The headers cured by the heat of the exhaust. It was a low quality ceramic but the point is illustrated. Pipes get hot. If anything combustable is on or in them it will combust.

If the weird noise was a buzz like a vib, that may be normal unfortunately. Think I've heard some others say that some Yoshis will do that.

When they make pipe, they coat that more or less from the main manufacturer. They don't waste their time to wipe that down or it rusts waiting to be built on the racks. Get it? That oil is kind of soaked in. Between the material to keep it quiet catching on fire, you have a few elements causing the new pipe to burn that coating and hair clipping off. Eventually, the carbon will coat it, save some of the packing from being burnt out too soon... Not a problem from were I'm smelling.
