How did it go at the races chrly? did you get jack? were you able to get your bike to put the power down to the ground?

Last years' racing was best forgotten....I don't think I ever had a year with such sad results..anyway that was last year and looking forward to next year ( I don't even remember what happened in Oregon )

I live about 25 miles from the Camp Fire and as you can imagine, uprooting over 20,000 people in a few hours and then having most of their homes completely destroyed has greatly impacted our three city area ( Chico, Oroville and Paradise) The fire came within 8 miles of my home in Oroville but the terrain and eventual rain stopped it .. Outpouring of help was phenomenal, donations of goods exceeded storage facilities and in fact, I still have a small trailer load from Dixon that I am trying to place. Lot of sadness in the area

We are all looking for a better year soon..I will be ending the year with a trip to Jackson Ms and then on to Washington DC Will be passing within a few miles of Deals Gap and having never been there, I am trying to decide how to pack everything in my van AND take a bike too...When I consider what others are going thru, this is not even a blip on the scope...

Nightmare....I would trust that for my KLX250 or teh others but not the 14 :) Anyway, I have an enclosed trailer , just dont really want to drive 6000 miles with it tagging along behind... Now if anyone on the west coast , would like their trailer transported to the East Coast, feel free to contact me !!
