Contiues to Amaze
05/04/11 1:42 AM

I have owned my '14 since the end of 06 and the damn thing still amazes me. Need to improve my mood today, and went on a 100 mile or so ride. Want to just have fun, pick a gear and leave it. The torque will get you out of the corner, and engine breaking will slow ya enough. Want to hammer it? Go ahead. Motor will propel your butt like you have a rocket in it. Brakes more than capable getting to proper speed for next corner.

I know I am not telling anyone on here something new, but damn, so FUN.

Yes, I could have covered the same road faster on the ZX10 I had before this. The 10 would have taken alot more work too.

Left the house in a F'it mood. Pulled back into the driveway after all smiles and giggles.

If anyone is curious, I was on Hwy 36, between Red Bluff, and Wildwood CA.

Sounds real fun! I am in Sacramento. Maybe we can meet half way sometime for a ride?

Yeah, amazing how this thing never gets old. As much as I wanted to own it, I didn't expect I would have such a strong interest 3 years later.

Captain, I am down in the Sac area quite a bit, and would definitely go waste some gas with ya.

Rook-This is the only bike that has been in the garage more than a year. All of the others were replaced for one reason or another. Still happy with the 14.
