Well Rook. Since I have been a bike owner for 30 some years and am also a Ford tech. When I do actually start working on the 14R Ninja I can try and put up some tutorials. I have always done my own work on my bikes. Was just looking through yours on fairing removal....as winter is coming and will need to know how to get battery access.

should be all you need for battery removal but you will have to do the Gen2 fairing removal.

I have a TON of stuff I'm writing about tuning electronics right now. LOL I doubt a lot of people will read them with 'flash it and leave it' being all the rage but it helps me get all this stuff ingrained in my skull. I'm staying old school but I'm getting all the way into it.

Hi guys. I’m quite new to this bike but not new to bikes in general or mechanics. I won’t thank Rook for the tutorials, not because they’re bad, quite the contrary, but just because he’s heard a lot of those. I will thak him anyway for the patience and good intentions of organizing and sharing them all here.
You sir have saved me a lot of trouble and at the same time gave me something to work on for the next two winters :) Thanks Rook!

Btw, I’m from Germany and the proud owner of a 06 model with only a few mods but a tone more to follow.
Have a nice day y‘all!

Grinch.

..and you are welcome.

There are still a few left at the bottom of the list I have not updated the photos on but I'll get them all eventually.

Rook, here it is the end of 18 and we are all turning to you tutorials. Even though I have a gen 2, a lot still applies.
Thanks from all

Yes. Only three models front and back. Dunlop Q2s, Pirelli Supercorsas and Pirelli Superbike Pros which are no longer manufactured. The Pirellis were lighter. Would you like me to check my pics?

LOL sorry yan, no I can't do that for you. I wish I could but I never changed fork seals so I have no tutorial for you. Maybe someday as my Ohlins forks too a beating in the crash. If they're salvageable, I'll be learning new things and sharing them in the future. Otherwise, might be a new set of Ohlins forks on the horizon.
