EXTENCION BLOCKS

TOOLS
- 32mm socket
- pliers
- rubber hummer
- 10mm open end wrench
- 12mm open end wrench
- 5mm hex socket
- blue locktide
- torque wrench
- dremmel
- stone bit
- chain breaker
- flat srewdriver

i dont have pictures of the removal and isntall of these as my camera wasnt working.

1. lift the bike on the stands, i recomend using a frame rearstand as if u use a spool rearstand when u extend the bike it will be really dificult to remove it.

2. using the pliers remove the axel pin, and using the 32mm socket remove axel nut.

3. lifting the tire w ur foot, remove the axel, if its too dificult u may wanna use the rubber hummer, i should only take one tab, but i didnt have any problem at all to remove mine.

4. w the tire on the ground remove the chain from the sprocket and set rim asambly aside making sure u dont loose any of the spacers or pices.

5. hung the brake caliper by the foot peg, or stand,

6. if u want at this point u can change the brake line as ull need a longer one for the extencion

7. using the dremmel and stone tip grind down one of the pins on any link as this chain doesnt have a master link, and the manual recomends taking the whole swingarm off to remove the chain, but it takes way more time and tools, once the pins r grinded using a chain braker brake the link apart, if u dont have one use a flathead screwdiver and a hummer. (do not remove the chain, just break the link)

(IF U PLAN ON CHANGING FRONT SPROCKET U CAN TAKE THE CHAIN COMPLETELY OUT)

8. using the new chain's master link, conect the new and the old chain and pull on the old one till u see the new one come out the other side, remove and store old chain if u plan on using it again.

9. remove the guide bolts that go into the swing arm completelly on both sides.

10. using the rubber hummer tap the extencion blocks into swing arm, it should fit really tight but it'll fit.

11. set the back plates for the blocks in place, and make sure u have enough rail for the frake to grab on to, set the screws with some locktide and using the 5mm hex thighten to 25ftlb.

12. set the brake and rim in place.

13. grease the axel and bearings as needed, and lifting the tire w ur foot slide into place.

14. place chain around sprocket and check the lenght, u may need to cut 3 or 4 links from ur 150link chain for maximun strech.

15. when u have the lenght u want place both ends of the chain on sprocket and positon master link from the back, press the front plate using the tool and ribet or place clip as needed.

16. with the 12mm open wrench adjust chain tencion as u would do normally and check for chain alighment, when satisfied thighten the axel nut to 40ftlb and replace the pin and u should be done.

17. set bike on ground and check for clerance and brake feel, i recomend going for a ride and enyoing the looks of everyone at how good u look on that beutyful bike...
