Just shy of 180. Full Tsukigi exhaust, tuned on the road via PC5 and Auto Tune +4 T rear sprocket, 200/55 rear tire. About 70 lbs removed from the bike. I think it would have done 190 with that setup, I had about 500 rpm left. I'm the same weight as you and I also had to roll off for a car up ahead.
