According to the ZX-14R manuel (2019) there should be a 12 volts connector under the left inner cover.I can't find it . I have attached a picture. Can someone help me find it?

Black/Yellow tracer is ground. So where all those bk/y wires join is called a junction. White with red tracer is hot. White [thick wire] I think is hot because the size wire is larger. Red wire is usually hot [12v]. Who is the problem, winker, headlight out? With a wire diagram the jobber [bulb/switch/etc] will have a certain color wire, so who is down/not working?
