He's got my number but no, unfortunately that's not me. BUt I did get the Zox. For my daughter, size XS. I was able to squeeze it on but if it fits her, she will have to give the review. Looks very nice. $$$$$ LOL

I got the Bell Vortex. The air flow is awesome, they have the two vents on top, at the brow, and in the chin. The brow vents is amazing. I also got the transition shield for it. That works wonders. It is pretty loud though. I have to wear ear plugs or my ear buds. The overall fit is great. I had a HJC and seem to fit to loose. It is DOT and Snell approved and reasonably priced.

By the way, before you buy a new helmet, price it at FC-MOTO.DE
When the page loads, click the American flag in the upper right to get English and Dollars.
I saved $200 on my C3.
The prices shown include VAT, when you check out with a USA address, it removes the VAT and if the helmet is expensive enough, they ship for free. No tax.

Shoei X-Eleven.
Had a RF1000 with larger cheek pads for snugger fit when I went over the bars on my track bike. At 120 mph. My doctor said the helmet saved my life. A loose fit would have snapped my neck.
First thing I got once I was out of that stinking hospital bed was the RF's big Brother.
Its time to replace it. Will try other makes again but the shells didnt fit 5 yrs ago. Shoei was the only make that fit my blockhead.
Besides I like the look of the new RF1100. Might go for a Modular....,

I have the RF-1100. After wearing it a year, it has begun to feel a bit sloppy on my head. Twists a bit in the wind while I ride.
TRUE STORY HERE::
i bought the above Zox for my daughters to wear when I give them rides. It was a size small and very good price on closeout at Iron Pony. I tried it on and it was very tight on my face and something felt like it was poking my scalp on either side on top....but it fit....so I wore it and now....it's perfect! Nice and tight and no matter what the wind does, it's locked around my skull. It is a very secure feeling to me. So, after 3 size Mediums, all loosening up on me, I'm going with Small from here on in. Added bonus, manufactures with different sized shells might use their smallest shell for size Small. Looks better on me IMHO and weighs a bit less too.

So now I'm a little pissed that I might have had a smaller lighter and more normal looking helmet if I went with the size S in the Shoei (most helmets look huge on most people which is another reason to wear a jacket so it sorta looks normal).
NOt to woory, Shoei apparently makes 4 shaell sizes and Medium shares the smallest shell with S and XS.
From another forum:
xs, s, and m share a shell size,
l is its own size,
xl is its own size and
xxl and xxxl share a shellNote that in addition to different size cheek pads, there are also different size "center pads" that make the fit. Unlike the cheek pads, the "center pads" cannot be replaced.
DAmn, you guys with big heads must have huge freagin helmets.

I have three of the Zox Spectra R and one HJC RPS-10 Patriot. All are good helmets and carry the Snell rating, the HJC was more than twice what the Zox costs though.

I liked the airframe so much I got the Carbon life form
top same helmet but the carbon is just a lil more snug the guts are slightly different.
air flow is exelent I also have suomy spec 1r,and a nolan mod. top of their line. both of which are also great but the nolan is for a special rider one who loves lots of noise and its very round you could put a full size cell phone in that sucker.

I have a Shoei, an Arai and a Scorpion 700. Of the three, if you buy the Scorpion, make SURE you get a chin cover with it. Without one it is the noisiest, windiest helmet I have ever worn. With it, it's not bad at all. I talked to the Scorpion rep at the Infineon AMA races over the weekend and I told him about that issue. So, a couple of days later I receive in the mail a chin skirt and some spare pivot screws. For free. Pretty good customer feedback I'd say. Both the Shoei and the Arai are lighter and pretty quiet, the fit is the most important thing. For years I couldn't wear any Arai because my schnozz would be flattened into the screen. ( hello Cyrano De Bergerac). But they have changed the helmet shape so now they fit fine.

The ZOX Spectra has a very pronounced spoiler in the rear, high speed stability is excellent, comparable to my RPS-10 which was designed in HJC's 130 mph wind tunnel.
