Hi All,
I have a ZZR1400 2012,it has the Akrapovic sports exhaust on it supplied by Kawasaki,the one with carbon ends with two pipes on each side.Does anyone know how to take the 4 exhaust baffles out of the end cans,there are 4 rubber plugs that come out from the inside of the can for a socket to remove the nuts,but the allen screw then has to go out the other way to the nuts coming off and they are already touching the baffles ??

i have no idea, but , i have the same exhaust cans, and the baffles are not in place, illhave a look later on and try to figure out what exactly you are talking about!!

just thread out the allen screw, thats a little sleeve welded into the baffle that you are seeing touching the baffle, just reverse it out and pull out the baffle.
