What a start for teh drag racing year.. I got sick( flue thing) two days before teh Arkansas Mile and then weather killed first four drag races for me. Got to a test and tune finally for a lil practice.. Had five runs and blew two of them trying stuff.. The other three were just plain ol no fancy practice runs. 9.735 , 9.787 9.783 . If I could stay that tight during racing, I might even win a round or two :) This Sat shud be first race for me..

bbird.. I usually run between 147 and 150 depending on track, weather etc. with 9.628 and 151mph best ever,,

I suck at launching .. this is typical.. SWB Alien2 89 octane lowered Fandr 1 3/4 inches.i weigh 135 +- a few ready to race.

Had a good nite at Redding Street legal drags Sat nite.. 4 runs bettering my swiftest with a best now of 9.554. Not much of an increase ( decrease ? ) but at least in the right direction Blew a couple of runs trying different stuff but still happy with end result..Street Legal racing is just line up with your buddy and go..No qualifying or tiered racing..

Thanks Piken, that is why my new goal is 9.2+ I have a friend on a stretched Suzuki 1000 that has the full drag electrics he has been slowly tightening up the difference He is now at 9.601. It is a lot of fun racing with him as whoever makes the mistake loses ?? He almost always leads me out of the hole and then I catch him shortly after the 1/8 . He had been running solid 9.811s , very consistent while I was running 9.6+. He played with fine tuning shifter and launch setup mainly and cut 2 tenths !! He had been having constant problems but apparently found the right combination. Anyway tons of fun. I

that's an Incredible 60', are you extended. What are you shifting at,guessing 10,500 rpm
