Shit i've been lookin for zx14ninja for a while now.. started having withdrawals :(

Got the beast to the track last sunday, but only got one run due to rain. Figured you guys would be interested.

Just as a refresher: Mods= STOCK WHEELBASE, -1 rear sprocket on gsxr wheel, lowered 3/4"x1.5", front strap, brocks smeg, .018 head gasket, adj cam sprockets, completely stock rebuild, flies removed, and NO POWER COMMANDER AT ALL.

Launch was CRAP.. don't laugh please, it was the first pass in over 6 months

The bike absolutely tore up the big end. With a little more practice on the launch (and maybe swingarm extensions and a power commander) this is a 9.teen bike on motor.

Just for referrence last year, stock wheelbase it went 9.77 @ 143.
Last year, with extensions and -1 front sprocket it went 9.56 @ 144

I also learned recently that the reason i couldn't launch hard with the swingarm extensions is because i was running too much air in the tire. Who knew that 22psi was too much when you're supposed to run 34?? Lol. Anyways, it appears that air pressure was limiting my 60's, the quickest was only a 1.56. Soooo, if i put extensions back on the bike, and nail the 60' down into the 1.4s this little black beast might just make 8's on MOTOR.
