Is there someone who makes Drop-in Lowering fork springs for a 12-18 ZX14R? Can't seem to find any.

You might want to call Racetech http://www.racetech.com/page/id/18 and see if they have something that would work for you as I would assume that springs between bikes are probably similar enough that lets say a zx14 spring length is 30cm and 5cm wide (numbers out of a hat here) and the zx10 is 25cm long and 5cm wide that the zx10 spring might work just fine in the zx14 forks...

I'm guessing you have already moved the forks up in the triple to lower the front end as much as possible, I personally would be worried about bottoming out and breaking the oil pan.

I lowered the rear by 1" - 1-1/2", but would like to do the same to the front, even though it seems to do ok as far as handling. But I made some custom bar risers that won't let me drop the forks through the trees. This is why I am looking into shorter springs. Progressive makes drop ins but not for the ZX14R. Slammerz makes a 2" drop in but thats too much. let me contact Racetech and see what they have. Thanks "Nightmare.

Good luck with your hunt! As an "outside the box" idea for you, perhaps swapping out your bar risers for something like the LSL handle bar conversion kit and then lowering the front forks in the triple would work. The LSL kit is pretty expensive and a moderate amount of work to install, however it might end up being fairly comparable to the springs with their installation.

There are other risers around that are FAR cheaper/easier to install but I suggest the LSL kit based under my assumption that your custom risers are significantly higher and have more pull back than what is currently on the market.

Out of personal curiosity, why are you lowering the bike? Also, just in case you didn't already know, by lowering the back and not he front you have increased the rack of the front suspension https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bicycle_and_motorcycle_geometry which generally speaking makes it harder to turn the bike. So when you lower the front to an equal amount don't forget that there should be a significant change in handling.

There's a plastic spacer in the fork that is around 4" maybe
you can cut that down.

I'd be worry about bottoming out as well.

Just have short legs, feel much more confident with it lowered a little.

This is what RaceTech recommended. I just might leave it just the way it is. I have no issues in corners or handling what so ever.
