Triple Tree install?

I Just ordered a billet upper triple tree for my 2010, and wondering if there is any surprises I need to look for doing this. any help would be much appreciated.

Sorry, I need to change out the upper tree. is there anything special i need for the ignition lock? thanks

A drill. IIRC, that thing is riveted the upper tree.

A drill...ya...probably will work.My 07 had these bolt heads that you were supposed to chisel loose while holding the ignition deal in a vise.Course,they didn't exactly work they way the book said,Nor did I have a vise.So......it wasn't quite as easy as it sounded.
