So i chang the oil fairly often in my bike. I ride it on the street and occasionally on the strip my oil of choice has been Mobil1 10w-40 4T Racing Oil
I guess my question is is there any benefit to going to say 5w-40 just curious. Im more than likely gonna just stick with the 10w-40

Not a problem. Even at the hottest day with 5w40.

Yesterday I've cut open both filters of both bikes. Both are mixed with straight 50w, and 10w40 or 10w30. Zero debris in both bikes.
