I really had a great experience with the guys from Big Ear. Their customer service is next to none and the custom earbuds I bought was excellent. The earbuds also serve as hearing protection as they snug perfectly in my ears, in addition to the high quality sound it produces. I highly recommend them even though they are quite a bit pricey. Oh, by the way, they have a one year warranty that is very important for a motorcycle rider like me because I'm a bit clumsy with my things. LOL!
