Rattle at low rpms

Rattle at low rpms

No loss of power or hesitation at all. Everything seems to run perfectly. The rattle is coming from what sounds like the instrument cluster or possibly under it. Very faint and it's loudest at 4k rpms. Any idea? as far as I know it's been there since i've owned it.

I'm betting I had that exact rattle...
Hunting Rattles

BTW - '12 owners didn't have this issue. They're windscreen is tinted to hide that area instaed of having the small plastic panel underneath the windscreen. I'm thinking about just buying a used '12 screen and taking all those parts out. Would have to be worth 1-2 lbs.

Check the bolts/nuts securing the front nose fairing mounting bracket to the headstock haven't worked loose.
